Brooke Taylor, Melbourne's own musical maverick, is a powerhouse singer, songwriter, and guitar-thumper.
Navigating the waves of rock, blues, country, soul and pop, (‘alt-country’ if you want to put it in one genre), Brooke has ignited stages and rocked festivals nationwide. She's been the sonic firestorm at events like the St Kilda Music Festival, Bruthen Blues Festival, Leaps and Bounds, and The Taste Of Tassie to name a few.

Scotland’s Shetland Islands, a collection of small rocks straddling the North Sea and the North Atlantic, might seem an unlikely birthplace for an Americana singer songwriter. But nourished from an early age on a musical diet of country, folk and rock and roll, Duncan Phillips always knew he wanted to write his own songs. With a sound and sensibility that leans heavily into the likes of Tom Petty, Steve Earle and Bruce Springsteen, Duncan’s take on Americana rock genre has won hearts and minds on Melbourne’s live music scene and at national radio stations like PBS and 3RRR.
Melbourne cosmic-country-rocker BEN MASTWYK writes his songs on the move. Planes, trains, rivers and highways set the mood. “There’s something about the rhythm of the world rolling by that stimulate the process” he explains. With his seven-piece rhinestoned band THE MILLIONS, songs erupt into swaggering, psychedelic bar-room gems.
