JOY Rainbow Sessions is JOY Media’s new initiative to celebrate and elevate LGBTQIA+ artists, bringing you front and centre with the most exciting out-and-proud acts in the country.

A series of intimate live shows building on JOY 94.9’s history of music passion and connection to the LGBTQIA+ communities, JOY Rainbow Sessions brings together passionate music fans and the out-and-proud artists making waves across the country and abroad in a celebration of music, culture, and community.

Fresh from headlining pride festivals across Europe, club-pop diva Beks is back in Australia to take the JOY Rainbow Sessions stage before heading back to Europe to go on tour with Tom Aspaul.

Singles like All The Good Boys Are Gay, The Best Part of Breaking Up, and Dangerous have seen her become a favourite of the JOY playlist. Her new EP, Hard Gloss, is Beks at her most clubby, with singles Who You Kidding and Melodrama on high rotation across the station.
